All plants are ineligible for refund. Due to the living nature of plants, we do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any claims where there is evidence of negligence, purposeful damage, or undue care practices such as improper growing conditions, early repotting, pruning, or application of abrasive chemicals and pesticides.
In the event the plants you received were subjected to extreme shipping damage upon arrival, please email us within 24 hours at email@example.com.
Your email must provide clear pictures of the damaged products/plants and the box, accompanied by your order #.
In order to share our plants with as many customers as possible, we place order limits on certain plants we sell. If you exceed this limit, your order may be cancelled and refunded. If you ordered other plants that did not exceed an order limit in the same order, we will only cancel and refund the plants that exceed the order limit.
We use contact, shipping, and billing information to automatically check whether an order limit may have been exceeded, but all of our limits are ultimately reviewed by our staff. If you have any questions about our order limits policy, please contact us.
The specific order limit for a plant, if applicable, is provided on the plant’s individual product page on our website.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You are solely responsible for paying return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible to cancel your order, your order must not have shipped yet. Orders that have been packaged for shipment and issued a tracking # cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to charge you a service fee for order cancellations. (The amount it costs us in merchant fees to issue you a refund and cancel your order.)
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Once we have received your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment.
