All plants are final sale. Due to the living nature of plants, we do not offer refunds, store credit or exchanges.
Shipping is at the risk of the buyer. By purchasing plants from Stemvy, you are accepting full responsibility for the shipment and understand the risks involved when receiving live plants in the mail.
In order to share our plants with as many customers as possible, we place order limits on certain plants we sell. If you exceed this limit, your order may be cancelled and refunded. If you ordered other plants that did not exceed an order limit in the same order, we will only cancel and refund the plants that exceed the order limit.
We use contact, shipping, and billing information to automatically check whether an order limit may have been exceeded, but all of our limits are ultimately reviewed by our staff. If you have any questions about our order limits policy, please contact us.
The specific order limit for a plant, if applicable, is provided on the plant’s individual product page.
To be eligible to cancel your order, your order must not have shipped yet. Orders that have already been packaged for shipment and issued a tracking # cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations are subject to a 15% processing fee.
We no longer accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
